The temperature in the restaurant was way too chilly. I asked that the air conditioning be turned off but was told the new manager didn't have a key for the air conditioning. Apparently the daytime mgr likes the restaurant cool and leaves the air on when he (she?) leaves for the day. This is a frequent occurance in this restaurant that the air is on too high. I don't enjoy eating when I'm cold. The salmon that I ordered blackened was not blackened.

The building was cold. The thermostat couldn't be adjusted because the manager didn't have a key. Most customers were sitting there with coats on and one even had her hood up covering her head. The biggest problem is the fan that runs all the time and creates a cold air breeze. Even during the summer the AC was on too cold and I always took a sweater in with me even though I didn't need it outside. Most customers and waitresses were complaining about how chilly it was in there tonight.

I ordered from the senior menu. The price had gone up and the portion size had gone down. My future orders will be from the regular menu. The way it is, the senior menu is almost an insult to your senior customers. Also, the cook wasn't synchronized in his prep. My seafood was hot, the tater tots were not.

The manager sat me down at a table and brought me some coffee. After that I had to wait until another server came onto her shift in order for me to place my order. I sat at my table for at least 20 minutes before I placed my food order.

It took longer to get my order than usual. My food was not very warm. The flavor was a little off also. It took some time to get my check.

The food took longer than I would expect to receive. Server tried to be attentive but seemed distracted. She was very pleasant when she was at our table though. As mentioned the Shari's Sampler was too greasy and made me ill...I don't know if it was "your" fault or mine, I am susceptible to grease irritation and the sausage and bacon probably didn't help any. I think it was MY fault. I should have ordered something else...the hashbrowns as I remember were a bit overdone though, I just remembered......

Everything was acceptable it was not over the top customer service so therefor I did not give it a highly satisfied. The experience would need to have been extraordinary to be rated this.
