Our waitress was not friendly, just not a "people person". The restaurant wasn't very busy. She didn't check on us much. My friend and I could not get warm. It is more fun to eat out when one is comfortable. The bathroom was not clean. Especially the floor and lower walls.

i guess i didnt check highly satisified because even tho our waiter was very nice she didnt seem to remember who ordered what and the lettuce on our salads came to the table not fresh looking as it has always been before. Or a couple of us changed our salads from the ceasar salad to the spinish salad. Overall we were highly satisified with our service. As always. But sometimes some of the restraunts hire some people that are not quit cut out for that kind of work.

The restaurant had very few customers, yet it took a long time to get our food. We have stopped going to certain Sharis because of this same problem. We have the best luck when we order the lunch trio.

The food was great! The service was dissatisfying. It just seemed that the server didn't want to be there. When placing my order she seemed to be distracted by other things. Plus when I was talking to her she was just walking away and I wasn't even sure if she heard me or not until she said a quick 'ok' without looking back or anything. Bad Service!

Two weeks ago I ordered a 3-egg classic omelet. The texture of the eggs were like over processed grits. I asked the waitress and she said a couple weeks ago they started using an "egg mix", but (of course) there was no mention of this on the menu. The waitress said I could request "real eggs" next time. Yesterday I order the 3-egg classic omelet with "real eggs". I'm sure they mixed egg whites with "artificial egg mixture" because there were wide ribbons of white in my omelet. Shari's must think their customers are morons not to notice a cheap trick like that. Obviously, i will NEVER order an omelet again at Shari's and will warn all my friends of the deception.

I called in a to go order at about 9:33pm on Wednesday 10/4/17. I ordered the steak salad but customized it as i cannot eat tomatoes or onions. Instead i asked for cucumbers in my salad but did not receive them. The woman i spoke to on the phone was very curt and the same woman was curt and a little rude when i arrived to pick up my order. Also the portion of steak was miniscule. I order this salad regularly and have never had so little steak. Very disappointed tonight.

There was a drug bust in the parking lot with 4 officers drawing weapons. Apparently this distracted the cooks, the waitresses, and the manager. My food arrived late and very cold, the manager took the meal off the ticket but I got no lunch and had to pay for the coffee despite the way undercooked fries and downright cold fish (not cold from sitting out but not made hot in the first place).

I was not happy because when I get there none of the waitress or even the manager say hi it took too long to help me and and I just went to buy a pie two of the waitress and the manager pass front of me and didn't say hi or nothing and it wasn't busy

It is Pie Day and we had four orders. When we got the bag we assumed (I know right, my bad) all four were in there. THe biggest problem? The 6 year olds choice was not in there and I had to be the Grinch that told him he wasnt having a mini slice of the cookies n cream. I didnt go back after we arrived at home because it is currently 45 degrees and raining and Thanksgiving Eve. Its four slices for four people though, how could that be messed up?
