was told i could not order off of dinner menu because it was 1 am and was breakfast menu time was finally allowed to order off of it because im a regular customer but only after i was going to go to a different restraunt. when the meal came bread was burnt on turkey sandwich and was not warm but potatoes were good and hot .felt like the only reason i was allowed to order it was because i suggested to my kids to go to taco bell instead.

I already sent an email to corporate and have not received an response. Halsey Crossing at 181st and Halsey was the Sharis location. I will NEVER attend this Sharis again. The dog was not marked a s a service animal and the two gentlemen that owned the dog did nothing to contain it. Not very health wise in a food service environment.

It took 20 minutes for my order to be taken. My drink was never refilled and it was empty for 30 minutes. I was done eating for 10 minutes before anyone noticed.

I HATED the manager white beared old fellow. So unprofessional he should probably be retired now since he is so unhappy in his proffesion. All the waiters were rude and unprofessional. Sharis needs to close this place Hire new management. I honestly will not visit this place ever again! The cooks were fantastic. I wish I would've been able to savor my food rather than just be so upset with customer service.
