The girl we had at first, she was shorter but she was amazing very nice and helpful!

Big, inattentive club group of ours got very patient and attentive treatment and service..!!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated wonderfully. Ashley (waitress) was very kind and a pleasure to be around. John (manager) consistently visited our table to check on us and provided many laughs. The two of them combined are a customers dream. Our two children were with us and our oldest (3) talked about Shari's all the way home. There are two locations in our city and we have never been to the other one. No need to even try it, even though it is about 5 miles closer and we have to drive by it. This location has always been terrific. But this experience was different. I never fill out these surveys because I work retail. I know when I get customer compliments I receive some garbage piece of paper with the CEO's "signature" PRINTED on the bottom. Please do not do that to these two. They deserve more than a piece of paper with a printed signature at the bottom from a millionaires business office. Because I'll tell you right now, the three closest tables to us, had just as good of a time as us. Thank you John and Ashley. Chefs hooked it up too.

The server Melissa was well groomed, dressed nicely, extremely friendly, very knowledgeable regarding the menu, gave refills and still came back asking if we needed anything else. She wished us well as we left. It made us feel more than welcomed and appreciated as customers.

good menu choices with very reasonable pricing. Very good value and quality. The wait staff also has been very good at their jobs.

Every time we go, it is the same people in the morning, They know exactly where we like to sit and how my husband takes his coffee. They even know his order. They are all very nice and we would go there every day for breakfast if I didn't have to work all the time.
