GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MELISSA!!!!!

The food is good, the price is very reasonable, our waitress is always friendly ( and very tolerant of our sometimes boisterous group!). Like that pie, too!

Good service and food

The waitress and the manager both answered my question about mince meat pies. The manager told me to let her know when I came in again and she would put a mincemeat pie in the oven, and I could get a piece and she would send the whole pie home with me since people don't often order it and then have to throw it away.

Because corporate has taken quiche off the menu, sad face here (😭)

I do not like screaming kids. That tends to make me want to leave. If Shari's had a lounge or other kid free area I would tend to come by more often. For example i visit the Denny's that is almost next door because they have a lounge.

Steak was overcooked and bland. The service was great.

Just service takes to Long time we got are food it was 45 min after the order we placed

I'm actually highly satisfied with my service and food. I always have a great experience at this location. The food has never been wrong or caused me to reject.

There was almost no wait to be seated. Waitresses were quick to get our drink orders. The staff was very polite.
