Shari's

The bathroom stall was too small and tight. I bumped my head on the door latch picking up my purse. There were no hangers on the door for my purse. I had to put it on the floor. It broke the skin on my forehead and it bled for a little while.

Waitress had a slightly rude attitude. Could have better manners. We had our child with us and were placed around other families with children. My issue with it is that my child is well mannered, while the children around us were very LOUD.

Their staff is always very good, but that afternoon, it was very cold, with a fan blowing on high (I think the air conditioner), in the restaurant. I got up and asked one of the waiters if either the fan could be turned down or the heat turned up. They turned the fan off, and then it felt very comfortable. I warmed up enough to enjoy my food.

All my dissatisfaction as with the lack of timely service. There appeared to be only 2 waiting staff to service the whole area. We had to wait to get someone to seat us. We had to wait to get someone to take our order. We had to wait almost half an hour to get our food. The restaurant wasn't really that busy. There were lots of open booths.

I was highly satisfied because the food was well seasons and hot.

Food tasted off. Napkin smelled stale.

No restaurant is perfect out 30 different places to eat in yakima. There only 5 that enjoy. Both Shari's , Major's , Power house grill, and Old town station. So only thing I can say is keep up the good work. I love your restaurant and people who work there.

The windows have finger prints on them, the carpet needs to be cleaned.

Took too long to receive our food. Waitress did not check on our group of 8 enough. Had to wait for her to tell us that we needed something else.
