interior windows filthy as well as some window sills i saw

The manager was hesitant to clean the table big enough for our party. The mangers shirt was soaked with sweat. It took so much time to wipe the table for us to sit down. Our drinks were not kept up and filled when it was only water . The pie case looked atrocious hardly any pies. My order was a turkey burger and soup they gave me beef burger and and I ordered chicken tortilla soup and it had no chicken or tortilla in it and I originally received tomatoe bisque soup when not what I ordered. She never came back to check on us at all. Never going back so upset

We waited over 10 minutes for someone to even come to get a drink order then another 10 plus minutes to get waited on. The restaurant in our section (our waitress) had 3 tables, 2 of which were eating already, the other half had 2 tables with one eating. Much chatter going on behind the scenes. Once we finally got the order which was a Hot turkey Sandwich, it was not up to any standards we have gotten in other Shari's. It was 2 pieces of Turkey, browned on the grill, placed between two pieces of some kind of brown seeded bread with Turkey flavored brown gravy and a scoop of mashed red potatoes. Salad was a bagged salad, looked OK. My choice to not eat it as I am alergic to the gasses they use and or freshened in the bag product. All in all it was a pretty pour example of a Hot Turkey Sandwich.

Go there every Wednesday night. Greeted us when we walked in and took us to the table and got our drinks. But after that took forever to get orders place, drinks refilled and then the bacon was over cooked on couple of the orders and on the Nachos, very little pork but a lot of cheese. Have never had terrible service for 15 weeks and then next to our last week, it just went to pieces.

The restaurant was empt. I politely asked for the bigger booth behind us because it was obvious to the waitress and our table that one of the boys was having trouble fitting in the booth. His stomach was hitting the table and my 6ft5 son had to sit sideways. She told me that we could not sit in that booth because it is saved for a party of 5. I told her that it was 1130 at night and she has an empty restaurants with plenty of booths for 5 to use but she refused to let us sit there. I sent an email which was never responded too. She severely embarrassed a kid that night and that disgusts me.

Searver was not attentive at all and hada lot excuses. There appeared to be 4 servers and only 2 of them were actually taking care of their costumers. Our server spent most of her time around the front counter, while we’re without coffee for well over 10 minutes. This is one of the only times that I have left without giving tip. I wish that John would have been our server.

Our server seemed irritated to be at work and seems to not like her job. She also seemed annoyed by the promotional coupon for the 2 meals for 25 dollars. We had the worst sevice ever and had to share 2 napkins between the 4 of us!

We normally dine at the Shari's on Lakeside Ct. in Yakima and quite often order the Cinnama-sation French Toast, which has always been very tasty. On this day, we were in the area of Shari's on Valley Mall Blvd. in Union Gap and stopped in for for breakfast. My wife and I both ordered the Cinnama-sation French Toast and it was the worst we have ever had. It should never have left the kitchen. The French Toast was burned on both the top and bottom but mostly on the bottom where it was hidden when served. Since we were short on time, we did not return the order but decided to cut off the burned parts. And I doubt there was more than a tablespoon of caramel sauce on the French Toast. Very disappointed in this Shari's.

I ordered the meat lovers skillet and the eggs was not cooked all the way three separate times and they didn't give me enough silverware and was not happy with the way it was done by the cook

Waitress ignored our table and preceded to help what appeared to be hear friends in which we could see her through the window. Made an excuse she was late because she was cleaning up (we saw her this entire time...). Had to find another worker to get drink refills.
