The waitress Mechelle never refilled our water, took forever to get coffee. She was more interested in talking with other waitresses about someone else calling in for a dr appt. She never once asked how things were, brought refills of water, I had to drink my husbands, I tracked her down to get a to go box, which she never brought. So, I finally got up and got it myself. I did not leave her a tip either. I paid for out breakfast which was $27.32 which I thought was outrageous. I will not go back to that Shari's again. I was completely dissatisfied with the service and the restaurant needed cleaning. I think instead of everyone standing around talking about other employees, maybe they should spend time checking on their customers or cleaning dirty tables. Very poor service for the money we spent.

long time to be sat a table.long time to come take our drink order. Friends ordered shakes, get those take time. Manager comes over and asks my friend why he only ordered water. (Kinda rude to ask why someone choses to just get water) makes small talk, pretty sure evaluating how annoyed we are by the slowness of things. We patiently wait for food and enjoy conversation.Waitress drops the order and disapears. Drinks are empty or closely conserved while we wait for her to come by and refill. Halfway to mostly done with food and i go up to the front and ask for refills. Ashley comes back and is defensive about being the only server on the floor…. my chair is apparently sticking out a bit far to pass and she makes sure i know it by exclaiming “excuse me honey, I’m not a size 6.” Neither am i… i find it inappropriate to comment and ones size. Theres a million nicer ways to ask someone to scoot in a bit. Never asked how food was, never asked if we needed boxes and only came back one more time to drop our checks off. Either staff more on Saturday nights or find someone who can be a bit more friendly while providing subpar service. Maybe both of those.

Manager John was very rude and not understanding gave attitude and was not helpful.

The service was awful. The waitresses were absolutely rude. We didn't get checked on during our visit at all. When it was time to receive our check we had to go to the front to get it.

Blood Sugar Crash

After placing our food order our wait time was over 40 mins to 1 hour for each of our orders, in the mean time we were not checked on for over a half an hour and even then we were not offered refills on any of our beverages, or water glasses. The restaurant was not over crowded or busy. When I received my order my rolls on my sandwiches were hard and the meat was cold and crunchy. It would have been nice to at least offered an appetizer while having the long of a wait. My Husband is a diabetic and his blood sugar started to crash, when we started to get up and leave until the food finally arrived.

It took over 1.15 hours to get our food. Over 1/2 to knowledge that were seated in the back of the restaurant, a party of 5. The store manager did not say a word when we left. I think he gave us a discount on one meal. I have been to Sharia for over 20 years! Things do happen, but this was not the best experience. R Many

Took a long time for waitress to come take our order. When order was placed did not know pricing of Friday Prime rib that is advertised. Took 30 minutes to receive food. When food arrived, we Received wrong item for one of our kids' orders. When replacement meal arrived, the fries seemed under cooked. Prime rib was cooked appropriately, but seemed less than fresh, possibly because of the amount of time we waited for it to arrive?

We were not satisfied because our food was under cooked, the cook argued that our food was cooked to order. The waffles we ordered were undercooked and doughy still. The cook then blamed the doughy texture on the strawberries and whipped cream. I have had many waffles the exact same way at four different restaurants and not a single one ever came out like the two ordered at the restaurant. The waitress then offered us pancakes or French toast but we politely refused because we did not want any more undercooked food. The cooked Ricardo was to defensive I have never had a cook retaliate like so in a restaurant. So I will not be going back to this establishment ever again.

The waiter was very rude to me I'm pregnate nd I always order the same thing her name Kendra she was giving me alot of attitude to where I didn't order food I payed for my drinks nd left
