Shari's

Ordered eggs, bacon, and french toast. When it arrived at the table, it was all cold. The french toast was rock hard and the bacon was burnt and crunchy. My boyfriend ordered tbone medium rare with stuffed hashbrowns. He enjoyed his eggs, french toast, and hashbrowns. His steak arrived well done. I didn't finish my food and didn't bring it home. My boyfriend didn't finish his steak either. As we were paying, we noticed food piled up on the counter waiting to be delivered. No heat lamps to keep it warm. Plates stacked on other plates yet no one taking it to the customers. I eat at Shari's frequently. We definitely won't be back anymore.

Instead of the bill I quietly and politely asked for and the additional food I ordered, I got falsehoods reported about me and illegal activity committed against me. I object EXTREMELY strongly. The communication that comes across is that this company needs externally applied corrective action.

I order a surf & turf mr shr-scampi I didn't get what I order the food taste good but I got a steak with onion rings and mash potatoes with bacon and I'm allergic to pork.
