Requested "no onions", replied "no problem". Benedicts arrived with onions, were told to just pick them off. As we were finishing discovered a hair in the Benedict. Couldn't get attention of waiter, so left the hair with a note on a napkin. We paid and left. I really liked my order - the omelet - daughter very disappointed with the Benedict

The food took longer than usual. The cook did not double my vegies as my 2 side choices. Otherwise everything was fine.

Two orders included soup and we would like to have received them ahead of the entrees ordered by all of us.

Our server checked on us one time, I had to get up and go to the cashier to get a to go box.

I ordered eggs bacon w/ sour dough toast. I got sausage & whole wheat toast. Offer was made to make it right, but you have great sausage and whole wheat too, so I was OK with the error anyway. Still a great breakfast/lunch. My partner ordered medium rare steak salad and got well done steak. It was quickly made right. That salad is a favorite of hers.

The trash can out side the door was overflowing, the men's restroom had toilet paper on the floor for two days straight and a urine build up stain on the toilet seat. The salt and pepper shakers caps were very dirty. It would appear that they had not been cleaned in awhile. The employees were standing around talking behind the counter. I've always believed in, if an employee has time to lean, they have time to clean. This is a very nice place to stop and eat, however, it needs a bit of a cleaning!

We were SATISFIED except that it seemed a long wait for our food considering the number of other customers (not highly busy right then).

The temperature was barely warm & the potatoes tasted liked they were scraped from the sides & bottom of the pot.

I realize that because the breakfast special was such a good deal that many people were there to take advantage of it furring the problem.. It looked to me that they were short handed as it took a long time to even get our order taken & a longer time to get served. Mentioned to the server that the food was barely warm. she did not offer to reheat it or anything. I had been up since 4:30 am & had driven 45 miles to eat which happened to be 11:00am. Was hungry or would have complained louder. I know they were busy.
