The server was not very attentive, and she got my order wrong. Also, the food was barely warm.

The caesar salad was not well prepared: The womens bathroom has 2 stalls & both were out of T.P. I told the an attendant but did not check if the T.P. was replaced. But the waiter was friendly and efficient and helpful.

You are really cheap with the french fries. When ordering just a sandwich and fries, at least fill up the plate with fries, it looks and feels cheap when the plate is not full!

My pie was frozen. I was told the delivery truck was late. I also had to wait too long to receive service. Several people waiting to pay their bill. Perhaps have two registers???

Ordered a Apple Pie in a jar after dinner and parts of the pie crust were hardly chewable :( Couldn’t even finish it. Highly disappointing considering what you pay for it.

I don't think I said I wasn't highly satisfied.

Took a bit long to receive food. Also, seems as if prices are rising and portions are decreasing.

Waitress not very attentive. There was no one to greet and seat us for several minutes. I did not write down the name of the waitress but have been waited on by her previously and she just doesn't seem to care about her customers.

I was seated very quickly but it took a little while before I was waited on and could place my order.

It was Veteran's Day and they were extremely busy. We don't usually have to wait for a table or to be served but the kitchen was way backed up. Lunches are more expensive than they were so we don't go there as often anymore. Lunches should be $7.00, not $10.
