well I got there early and could not get Rare prime rib. whick I should be able to.. but the waiter was funny .

Server brought a kid's meal that we did not order. Had to wait a while for the correct order. Then we were charged for the meal we did not order. Extra bacon was added to one kid's meal at an additional cost even tho we did not request extra. Meals were served in intervals instead of at one time or even close together. Tuscan Salad was requested without tomatoes; tomatoes had to be picked out. Baked potato was under-cooked/hard-ish. Free pie on Wednesday was not explained. We had 3 entrees, only 1 pie (not a normal full piece). Staff was apologetic and helpful. Bill was reduced but still not correct. Food was all tasty and plentiful. Apple pie shake was delicious!!

I noticed that the menús we received at suppertime were significantly truncated compared with previous Shari´s menus. I honestly did not see half the menú ítems I was expecting to be able to order. Then, upon inquiring to our server, we learned that Shari´s changed her menus and now there is a separate breakfast and supper menú. From now on I will know to request both, because I often come into Shari´s for a breakfast combo. However, I believe the previous edition menus were superior to the current ones - more intuitive, and better photo descriptions of menú ítems. For example, in the new menú, appetizers are listed in the far back, which makes no sense whatsoever.

We were SATISFIED. We were not looking for fireworks and hovering attendants. Ok? We do not advocate ratings-inflation. We have been to only one other Shari's in last couple of years and this one is definitely better than that one (service, attitude of employees).

We were SATISFIED, PLEASED; things were AS WE EXPECTED. If everything is "highly satisfied", a-one-double-star, etc, there would be no way to indicate when something really is a bit above the expected. Come on - leave room for such. This badgering makes questionnaires meaningless.

Waitress very slow and inattentive. Never offered to refill drinks, even though we ate our meal there, she did not place our take out order till we were ready to leave and we ended up sitting there for quite a while until we could flag her down and get our bill.
