Overall it is a fine place for a good meal and cozy conversation. I would like to see gluten free options, and dairy free options for coffee. I do think the cost of coffee is pretty high.

The manager on duty, Angie, was on the phone and cashing me out at the same time. She seemed rude and also didn't talk to me. She was more interested in speaking to the person on the other side of the phone.

Price indicated was 6.99 and before placing the 0rder was confirmed by the waitress. But was stated as 7.99 when the bill was presented. I told waitress that the menu indicated 6.99. She gave me an answer that I was wrong. I didn't want to argue .

We were told at the beginning that it was going to take awhile before we would get our order due to the amount of customers that were ahead of us. There could not have been more than seven tables with one or two people in them. We thought maybe there was a new cook or something. One of the plates of food was not very warm. We love going to Sharis but beginning to not be so satisfied lately. Hate to complain so we just eat and say nothing. Unless it is too bad.

To be highly satisfied something in the visit would have to make me sit up and think - WOW!! The visit was just a normal restaurant visit with decent food.

The service was terrific but the potatoes in the potato soup were hard as if they were undercooked and the soup temperature was warm instead of hot.

Order ribs and steak , steak was ordered medium came out rare blood dripping rare . I ordered two dishes with soup as advertised on your menu and you don't have the soup man if I do have any soup !

The fries that came with Fish & Chips, had a gross herbal vinaigrette stuff on them...making them taste horrible, mushy and cold! My daughter joined us after we had placed our order, but waiter didn't come, she had to track down a menu and then wait a long time before he came and took her order! Then the Prime rib in her sandwich was tough and fatty, making it hard to eat.
