it was an off day for all involved, we try to go to this sharis every saturday, sometimes we have to skip a week , it just was not the normal yesterday, my son's order was a single cb , it was supposed to be a double, they fixed it, my fries were not very hot, our shakes were fantastic, prices of my not very hot fries were somewhat skimpy but still tasted good, burgers were not as fresh as normal. All in all, we choose Sharis over any other food, and believe me coeur d alene has many. We still ate all of our food, did not send anything back wich i would never do unless i or we just cant eat it ? which is not normal. We love Sharis, we arrived in CDA in May/2017, we have had 2 mishaps, thats pretty GOOD ! Russ and Ryan Wood

I made note of a couple of things to the waitress, regarding how my steak and hashbrowns should be cooked. She said those points would be attended. They were not. I had to send my steak back to be cooked...if she was listening, this would not have happened. I had a piece of pie with a scoop of ice cream, she asked me if I wanted it warmed up, I said no. It took a while to get to me, and when it finally came, she had warmed it up. When I went to the register to pay, another young lady and one of the busboys, or kitchen boys were whispering about something...I had to wait for them to finish, so she could continue to ring me up. When she asked how my meal was, I said it was just ok. She said, "Great!" Do you really want to strive for, "just ok"?? The people working there seemed to simply be going through the motions...not really interested in serving the customer's needs...too bad.

The waiter did not act like he wanted to be there, did not smile and seemed to be distracted. I think he was the only waiter there so he probably felt overwhelmed.

Waiter seemed bothered by serving us at times. Our steaks were bland almost to the point of tasteless. The steak that was prepared incorrectly was sent back to cook some more did not get fixed. It was like it wasn't even put back on the grill since the temperature had not changed.

We ordered steak, mine a sirloin, medium and hubby ordered the t-bone, well. The sirloin was cold in the center, the t-bone was rare, the veggies and mashed potatoes were cold. We both ate our steaks but were unhappy with the way all were cooked. I can and will eat rare steak but my hubby doesn't like it rare. We told the server who in turn went and talked to the cook. Thank you.

The general manager reprimanded and belittled an employee very loudly near the front register for approximately 1 1/2 mins. It was so loud everybody around us including us stopped eating and just looked down very uncomfortably. It seemed it was about pairing visa receipts with something else. The employee was very respectful and just said ok to everything he was being scolded about, but the manager just kept going about it. I was going to say something but was afraid i would get to upset. I did apologize to the employee when i left because he was visibly upset and embarrassed. I really hope you do something about this the employee stated this a regular occurance.

Menu prices are rediculous for what you get and compared to similar restaurants in the are. No wonder this place is always empty!!!! While the guy down the street is packed. At least offer a breakfast special if you’re going to insist on charging so much !!!! People like that. Learn to embrace your locals and. Not just freeway traffic

The potion of the pie shake I received was very small compared to ALL my previous visits. The waiter, (James) displayed inappropriate behavior toward colleagues. The waiter took a long time to take our order once we were ready.

Omelette was supposed to have crisp bacon but had grissly meat (ham, I think). Our waitress didn't ask How our meal was and so I only ate the edges. Not good!!
