First of all my salad and my dinner arrived at the same time. Then my steak was very undercooked, as I had ordered medium, and it was very rare. The server did not check back with me until, I had finished my other food. He took my steak back to the kitchen, and when it came back it was still rare! I ended up bringing it home and cooking it for another meal.

No baked potatoes .... Only 2 pieces of prime rib left at 4pm .....ordered mine blacken and came regular.... The visit before this the waitress spilled mashed potatoes all over my leg

We've been dining at Shari's since moving to Idaho in Dec 2016. This is the first bad experience we have had. The waitress took our order in an acceptable time but was not attentive at all during our stay. The food was warm, not hot, and I think that was because it had been sat on counter waiting for her to pick up. When she eventually served it to us that was the last we saw of her before we tracked her down to get our bill. I went behind the counter to get my own mustard while she chatted to 2 gentlemen. When we needed extra napkins she was still busy chatting so I took a couple off the next table. It was not really busy. I flagged her over to get our bill and waited patiently as she laughed and joked with the same 2 guys. After trying several times to make eye contact we decided to go up to the register and the host pulled up our bill. We went back in a couple of days later and our usual waiter, Tony, was able to serve us.

We were ignored after we were seated for about 20 minutes. Our waitress was friendly but SLOW & distracted. Ordered soup - she forgot it. Waited at least 20 minutes for meals, meals were lukewarm. She did bring the soup after we reminded her (and after meals were served). We had to find her to order pie (and this was PI Day!) I had intended to order a take-out treat, but it took so long to get our bill, we just paid and left. We were there more than 2 hours. THIS IS NOT USUAL AT THIS SHARI'S

The waitress walk passed the tabel never refilling our drinks. Also forgot we ordered salads and brought our dinner out cold and said she had to chop vegs. and salads still not done. We told her to cancel salads and she gave some attitude. We also order 2 prime rib dinners but never got the beef drippings or Horse radish and yes we asked for them...twice!. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! and we wanted to buy a pie but the services was to crappie and we wanted to leave asap but had to wait 15mins for check. Sad thing is they where not even busy!!

Ordered breakfast platter. Bacon cold under cooked lot of fat. muffin burnt, hash browns over cooked all crunchy Only thing good was the eggs. Wife ordered strawberry stuffed pancakes and said they were ok.

BBq Pack is served cold had to go to a friends house to heat meat and bbq beans ans cornbread. We traveled 35 miles to pickup and then it was cold, I will never order this again. Advertised as baby back ribs no way were these them. Who ever put lima beans and garbanzo beans in bbq beans. And the potato salad had whole slices of potato could have cut them up smaller and taste could be improved.

First, I won't do any more surveys. I'm dissatisfied with my experience today because the food was greasy and unappetizing-looking. The over-easy eggs were brown on the bottom. I ordered crispy bacon, but it was leathery and greasy, and I could not eat it. The English muffin was flabby and undercooked. The coffee was likewArm. The jam was nice. No one came to my table until the bill was brought with a brief remark that the waiter was going on break. This travesty of a meal cost me $13 and some cents, $16 with tip. I was there for 40 minutes, then my ride came at about 11:15 am, so I didn't have the opportunity to speak with anyone at the restaurant, other than to indicate the money I'd left on the table and tell the woman who collected it that the food was unsatisfactory--I ate the eggs because I was very hungry.

This is the second time we have used the club card and both times the employees were not sure how to handle it. Each time we were charged for what should have been free. The first time the manager didn't know what to do and we just paid it. This time it was resolved but only after a lengthy wait with people in line behind us...not worth the trouble. The waiter knew what the promotion was (he printed it out on line before we ordered) and then he gave us a bill that included the price. Someone higher up finally figured it out. One more time and we are done with Sharis, or done using the club card. The food was fine, the hostess was very nice, as was the waiter. But the process is not nice.

The milk shake was not think and hardly had any chocolate. McDonald is better and half the price.
