Our server basically ignored us with the entire time that we were there he took our order and disappeared he brought us our order and disappeared he brought us our check and disappeared I had to get someone else's attention for a refill on mine and my sons drink and he did not bring me aside that I asked for and more last made us feel like he was too busy to deal with the likes of us

i was not satisfied with my waitress did not seem to care if there was a problem will not return to that restaurant again i work close by so i will tell my coworkers my experience i'm sorry i been there before but there was no problem

Waiter seemed to be nice but never checked on our food . offered us free pie which we would be getting anyway ....Horrible value for 29 plus dollars will never go back daughters hamburger was burnt !! I used to like this Sharies but NEVER again 29 dollars I could have gotten steak !!

There was hair in my food, specifically on the onion rings on top of my burger. It was long and dark, no it did not come that way from the manufacturer as the manager said. Even if it did how was it missed? After I brought it to their attention, I could hear them joking about it with the cook, "hey make sure the next order has the hair on the side". Hilarious guys. They generously offered to remake, no thanks don't want a repeat since you clearly didn't want to take responsibility for the mistake. Then made it clear they would take it off the bill like they were doing me a favor, why wouldn't you? It could have been handled better by staff.

Disabled husband had to stand a wait for the non existent hostess in an almost empty restaurant. After being seated we waited in excess of 2o minutes before the hostess finally had to take our order. I ordered the Prime Rib and my husband ordered the fish and chips. What we received was the worst and most disgusting plate of garbage that we have ever seen served in a restaurant, The so called prime rib was an inedible vile grey color and compounded by the fact that it was almost ice cold because I asked for a rare cut (Apparently rare means less reheating time in the microwave) The baked potato was half raw, the 2 1/2 onion rings and 2 mini bread slices were limp and soggy. My husbands fish and chips were equally ghastly. There was two tiny 3 1/2 in X 1/4" over cooked dark brown pieces of what might have been fish. Out of time ....You should close your restaurant section and turn the whole place into a pie shop

The steak was well done, the toast was burnt, the potatoes had gravy the server nor the menu said there was gravy. When asked to talk with the manager he didn't even offer to fix it he just said I'll comp it. We ordered steak and shrimp and only got the steak and the server said that is a add on. So I ordered shrimp scampi and they charged me the whole price of $5 verses with a meal. I would never go back to this location and the manager Josh needs some major training. I used to manage a restaurant and am well trained in customer service. On top of that all when I checked out the manager argued with me, I'm sorry the client is always right! Had to go back in to get a receipt.

Sidewalk not shoveled. Took a long time to be seated or acknowledged as well as to get our drinks or greeted by server. As stressful as 4 tables can be I didn't appreciate hearing our server, Miranda, complain to her, i assume boyfriend, about customers, cooks, and orders. Our bacon was overcooked and we were done with our meal before our new bacon could reach the table. We like Sharis, but will not be coming back especially to a server like that

Ordered tots, got fries. The waiter noticed as soon as he set the plates down. He offered to correct it but we were fine with the fries. He gave us each a piece of scrumptious pie to make up for the error. All was good. Tony is a great waiter and we always hope we get his section!
