Shari's

Each time I visit this Shari's they are hard at work and they also maintain a friendly demeanor. Sometimes I have seen them short-handed, but the servers still maintain a professional attitude throughout the dining experience. If there is an issue--which I rarely have one--they are quick to resolve it.

My order was accurate and I did not have to wait a long time to get it.

Friendliness and promptness of staff

The food was good, filling and substantialas was it delicious. Staff was helpful..

Our waitress told us they were out of hot cocoa. We had all ordered hot cocoa and there were 9 of us! She offered to make the hot cocoa from scratch with hot milk and chocolate syrup That was above and beyond. It was the best cocoa ever. I can't believe she did that. She was very chatty and friendly. We loved that. She did all she could to make us satisfied. I have not run into that kind of service ever. It was really cool.

Anna is the BEST waitress that I've been served by in this Shari's. Wish all the waitresses there were that AWESOME

Rhonda is always so nice always has a smile on her face coming to sharis and having her as my server alwaysmakes my day better

There was one waitress on. She did an excellent job of getting to all the tables.

Our server, Leslie, was very friendly and professional. The quality and quantity of the food is wonderful for great prices.

Food & service was good. The only complaint I had was that the waitress had on a very dirty apron. Not very appetizing!
