I was highly satisfied with my experience at Shari’s. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful!

The restaurant has been significantly understaffed the last 3 weekends I've attended. This not only slows down the time it takes to get your food, but it also creates stress for the waitstaff, and that tension is felt throughout the restaurant.

I ordered food that looked a bit different from the menu, I guess. The burger on pretzel bread was over cooked. I expected it to be juicy and it was not. Everything else was fine.

It took a while to get my food.

Lol the strawberries on my canolies were very tart.

The last couple of times that we were in Shari's, Ann was very slow to either bring us our drinks or to even check back on us... The last visit before this that she was our server we had to ask a supervisor for more coffee because Ann was to busy leaning on the counter talking to somebody. The only reason she even came back to refill anything was because Debby (the supervisor) said something to her. This time we had to wait around 10 minutes to get our coffee and then she never did come back to see if we either wanted more or needed anything else. She always has an excuse as to why she cant do something. Today's excuse was that one of the cooks walked out and she was slammed. She wasn't that busy at 1:30 in the afternoon.

It took for ever to get our order taken and then even longer to get our food. There were no bus boys cleaning tables, so the waitresses had to do all of the work and this took a lot of their time.

Server was very nice but but didn't have a bus person to bus tables And was doing both job

I cant say I wasn't satisfied with my experience. ive always had good service and good food there.i would recommend them to anyone.
