I eat at Sharis all the time. Not quite sure what was going on in the restaurant during this visit, but it was apparent that the cooks were falling behind. They made up for this though with better than average food. My burger was probably the best burger I've ever received here. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and it appeared that the floor may have been understaffed. Wouldn't say this was a "bad" visit, but when things are flowing more smoothly at this restaurant, the waitress's ability to check on drink refills, and take orders more quickly is very apparent. Again, the food was very good, and it made up for any other shortfalls in my book.

Would have liked a choice of syrup.

The restaurant was a little busier than usual that night, and the normal Friday night crew wasn't working, and it was quite apparent that the replacement servers were struggling to keep up. Was seated and our drink order was taken, but 10 minutes in and we had not received our drinks or seen a server. This was resolved, however, when our server finally attended our table, apologized for the delay, and went out of her way to make sure the remainder of our visit went off without a hitch. Am assuming the person who was supposed to take our table went on break and forgot about us? But our 'replacement' server was very attentive after that. Overall, an unusual experience for this restaurant.

It's all about costumer service and I started to loose interest and want to walk away when my grandkids and I are hungry and we waited to be seated (there was no one else waiting and plenty of seating). I'm glad we waited cause our server, Brian, was excellent. He was kurtieus, professional and helpful.

In the first place, $2.59 for a glass of Diet Pepsi is outrageous. Second, you used to give a small food gift for filling out this survey. Now I have to spend $10 in addition to filling out the survey. I am one old lady and I don't necessarily eat $10 worth!

Im pregnant, and right now im very picky

Even though everything was highly satisfied except for the overly well-done rather than medium-well steak. The restaurant was not that busy and it seemed to take a long time for the food to be brought to the table. The waiter we had performed his job very well as he saw my peach iced tea needed refilling and the brought me a new glass of tea without my having to wait. The manager was up beat when she came to the table to see if everything was okay. It is very seldom I give a highly satisfied rating to a restaurant as there is always something that every restaurant seems to lack and it is different with each one - even with the one I went to as you never know what problems they are having that makes the restaurant only satisfiactory.

Forgot to give us silverware n napkins, was not greeted n seated in a timely manner..3 wait staff were talking with each other in booth

There was a hair on my eggs. The food is crazy expensive. $4 for a small side of hash browns? Just crazy. Took a while to get seated and get taken care of, but the food didn't take long at all.

Service was Great! We usually come to this Sharis Wednesday's and Friday's during lunch. We see no mangement what so ever. The Staff is always doing the best that they can. Are you running a restaurant or a circus?????? BAD MANAGEMENT
