Shari's sent me an email giving me a 20% discount if I bought a breakfast. When I went to pay, this discount was NOT on my card. The local restaurant staff were unable to find out why. I wound up calling Shari's headquarters and talking to one of your representatives who FINALLY figured out that the discount had been placed on my old card which was discontinued about three years ago. This lady ended up cancelling the old card once again and she then put the discount on my current card. She also apologized for your screw up! I had eaten breakfast there before I called in and when the discount was not on my card and I showed them a copy of the email, the local Shari's gave me the discount anyway. They have good people there.

The table was not real clean. It was sticky to the touch. I put my arm on the table and it was sticky.

I don't feel there was anything that made it a highly satisfied experience. Everything was just average except for the price, that was too high.

I had to stand waiting to be seated for a long time and I was the only person waiting. My salad was nothing but a bunch of lettuce leaves, one cherry tomato and four slices of cucumber. Waitress did not know what I was talking about when I asked for my free iced tea.

They were out of quite a bit of food so I had to go with something else plus I couldn't substitute anything.

Waitress friendly, but not speedy. Spent too much time talking to kitchen staff.

It as noon and there were only two servers. It took a while to be seated. It took a while for her to take our order. I ordered fih and chips and the fist over all was OK but is was greasy.
