Shari's

Destiny was our server. She had a very bland attitude, and almost never smiles. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was practically water, the biscuits were hard. They were almost rock hard. This is the second time I have gone there while she was working and have this happen. Last time our food sat on the counter waiting to be brought to us for almost fifteen minutes before the cook brought it to us because Destiny didn't. My significant other and I used to go to Shari's atleast three times a week. ( spending atleast $40 every time) We have never had a bad time there until we started having her and a new cook. Miss Nicole was our server always prior and she had such wonderful service and went above and beyond. I love Shari's normally, but it's sad that it hasn't been as good the past few times..

my grand son and I ordered burgers and I asked for well done, waitress said she asked for it to be well done. Both burgers were mostly on the medium to medium well done. grandson ate less than half his burger. I got another and I cut it open to make sure it was well done.

Must have been shift change or something. I was told Sarah would be by to take my order but, Brian eventually showed up. He never greeted me, didn't ask if I wanted something to drink only if I was ready to order. When I got my coffee, no silverware to stir it with. Then it seemed like forever to get my order and had to ask the server for silverware. He brought it and put it clear over on the far side of the table! Short people have a hard time reaching that far. He wasn't very attentive, never came back to ask how I was doing, if I needed more coffee or if I wanted/needed anything else. He just disappeared till he brought my check. I've never had such crappy service at a Shari's. I enjoy my local Shari's; that's why I stopped at this one on my trip. NEVER AGAIN at this one.

Restaurant was very dirty. Table was not wiped cleaned before we were seated. Waitress was very unfriendly even to the point of being rude. Very sloppy operation. We used to enjoy going to Shari's, but the last few times has been very disappointing. My friends have experienced the same thing and refuse to return to Shari's. What has happened to this once friendly and clean place to dine. Is it the management or staff or both? Manager looked as if he was in a fog. All of the wairtresses seem to be of the same type - overweight and unkept.

The wait for food after ordering was nearly 30 minutes. Both our eggs were ordered over medium but served runny like over easy. Don't like raw, snooty eggs. Manager did let us know after 25 minutes that our food was being "assembled." Coffee is a bit expensive, but hot and good.

Service is invariably slow in all aspects, from speed of greeting and seating to food delivery. Food is often not prepared as ordered, in this case eggs ordered over easy were served nearly hard, and the steak ordered medium was medium well to well done (partially due to the poorly cut steak - thin at one end and somewhat thicker at the other). We have tried to be patient over many visits. This was our last. Don't you ever audit your stores?

Our food was not prepared well one was over cooked & one was a very small portion & had burnt flakes from the griddle. toast was half toasted hash browns were not ready with meal & were under cooked when received & tasted like old grease. too much to pay for quantity & quality of food we received. We used to like Shari's But this experience was a turn off.

The two items I had were not very good. The pie tasted like something out of a fast food factory. The hashbrowns were very oily or greasy. Service was good.
