Shari's

Server Brian was great. Very courteous. However it took an Hour to get our food ready. 3 cooks in Back but still couldn't get the food out within a timely manner. Over heard the kitchen staff blame Brian about the wait when he went to go and check on our order as well as other table orders that he was waiting on as well.

Ordered eggs Benedict and a side sesame salad. Waitress was busy gossiping with the other waitresses and checking her cell phone, and "forgot" to bring me my salad. When she brought me my eggs benedict, she realized her mistake ("Call me stupid, but I forgot something, didn't I?") and when I told her to forget the salad that I had wanted as an appetizer, she said "I'll take it off your check" - like she's doing me a favor to not charge me for something I neither received or ate.

The food was improperly prepared the temperature on the salads that were left underneath a heat lamp to melt all the cheese in the salad and the even sending the food back 3x it was still almost in properly prepared

I do not understand why Shari's will serve you a simple BLT sandwich with bacon so hard it hurts your teeth to bite it. I even asked for limp bacon and told server it did not look limp to me but will eat it cause I need to get back to work. I have ordered this before and have tried to get a decent piece of bacon and cannot. How hard is it to make bacon instead of using whatever it is you use. The peach pie was not very fresh either. So thanks for the lettuce, tomato sandwich. The potatoe soup was good though, not hot but good. And your manager is really good at ignoring you when you arrive. Need better waitresses.

It took 15 minutes from the time we were seated before our order was taken and it took 40 minutes to be served. When the meals arrived they were not hot. I ordered a turkey sandwich which ended up being 2 pieces of toast smothered with luke warm brown gravy. I actually had to open it see if there was turkey inside. There was...two cold, thin pieces of what i suppose could pass for turkey in a K-ration. My wife had hashbrowns, eggs and bacon which was supposed to come with toast but didnt. We had plans to go to a movie after dinner but due to the unexpectedly long wait we missed the show time.

Burger was not fully cooked, sent it back to be cooked well done and still came back with pink in it. Server did not offer to refill our water until we were ready to leave, we had been there 30 mins. I ordered pie alamode and it was barely warm. Wait staff was unattentive to our needs.

Coffe was lukewarm, burnt toast, price charged was higher than on menu, waited forever to get check.

I was Satisfied!

Ordered T-Bone dinner, mashed potatoes were cold, along with veggies. Complained to wait staff, comment was I"m sorry, I will give you free pie.. Really!!!

Waitress complained of being short handed. Complained No one doing their job and didn't get the order correct. Never checked back and or cleared dirty dishes off the table even tho she walked by us over a dozen time.
