Waiters were yelling at the cooks blaming them for messed up orders. I hadn't had a refill on my drink, our server Anne, had clearly looked at my drink, looked at me then walked away. Never asked if I wanted a refill, so when she came back I just asked for water. She also didn't serve my salad until 2 minutes before I recieved my sandwich, she said, "I completely forgot you had a salad." To had onto the bad servicr, a couple who sat next to us, their order was messed up and the server tried to blame it on "a new cook." Overall, the service was horrible and the servers were extremely unprofessional.

Waited an hour and a half for my order after it was placed. The order for rare steak was ignored (overcooked), the burger order was done incorrectly and took 1.5 hours to finally complete. Upon reporting it to the shift manager, she proceeded to blame US for her problems with orders and lackluster customer service, and begrudgingly took a marginal amount off of what can only be described as catastrophically terrible service.

Smoked salmon was not thoroughly smoke (partially raw) and eggs were cold in the omelet. My friend's egg whites weren't cooked on her over-easy eggs. I said something to the waitress and all she could say "well the smoked salmon is supposed to come to us done" THAT WAS IT. I actually got sick to my stomach about an hour after we left. Not impressed at all.

We eat at Shari's almost every Sunday and enjoy their breakfast and waitress is always wonderful, but today was different,, if it had been our first time We would never go back. asked for OVER EASY eggs and they were hard, burnt and terrible looking, and the potatoe pancakes we total greesy and tastless worst I have every had,, I told waitress about the eggs I HEARD her go right over to the cook and ask to make 2 more. 15 minutes later and my husband was finished and I had ate most ,, still no eggs,, waitress Rhonda noticed it and she was very very busy,, I told her forget it now,, but she had already told cook AGAIN eggs,, shes brings over 2 eggs when I opened them they were RAW,,, the COOK was terrible. when the manager asked how everything was when we were leaving, I said "not too good" he didn't even ask why,, Very disappointing for a very high priced breakfast,, I have to say usually their breakfast is pretty good and Rhonda is an excellent Waitress , always on the ball.

The wait staff had on filthy uniform. The floor was dirty and our coffee carafe looked liked it hadn't been washed in weeks. You charge already a high price for your food and then when my grandson wanted sausage instead of bacon you wanted to charge an extra $1, what the heck???? Rip off!!!! Not coming back!!!

Very understaffed an very slow. We waited a half hr to get seated an another half hr for food. That didn’t taste good. No refills or asking how things were.

I live in another city and frequent Shari's here and have no problems. I go to the one where my mother lives and its a disaster. We always seem to get the same old truck stop looking waitress. She needs to cut out the eye makeup and bow in her hair. She is basically rude. I will give you a couple examples, I asked for a straw after she gave me my drink. She handed me a straw with her cell phone in her hand and dropped the straw on the table and left it. My elderly mother then ordered a slice of pie and then before we got our lunch changed her mind on the flavor. The waitress seemed put out. You should have seen her face when my mother told her she wanted it to go. I am not sure why pie is served in a bowl either. I had to ask for the check, she replied she had already given it to us. Granted there was a small party of older ladies having lunch there before us but other than that, the place was quiet. My mother refuses to go back there. This is our third bad experience. Maybe Rhonda needs to a little coaching on customer service. I think she has been there too long and feels too comfortable.

I ordered the smal size country fried steak breakfast and my husband ordered the large and everything was the same size. The pancakes were really small compared to other time we had ordered them. My son ordered a plain hamburger with nothing on it and pickles were put on it. We had to wait like 15 minutes to order drinks, and then when they were empty we had to wait another 10 for them to bring refills. We had to ask 3 times for ketchup and mustard. We usually have wonderful service and great food tonight was a big disappointment.
