Shari's

server took our order, then told everyone she was taking a 10 minute break and she was gone the 10 minutes. while eating my sons drink was empty and she walked past us twice and did not ask if he wanted more.

The bacon was overcooked to the point where it was so crispy it hurt my teeth to bite it. The bacon appeared and tasted as if it was left over from the previous day. I did not eat 2/3 of the bacon, and this morning that is what I wanted most.

Waite crews appearance was unkept and not professional at all .Food took at least 30 minutes to receive and was cold cold cold.As we were traveling,we didn't have time to wait for a recook.The restaurant was very slow and the waitresses were standing around chit-chatting.We eat in Sharis in the Boise and Twin Falls area regularly and have never seen this level of appearance and service.The cashier asked if we enjoyed our meal.NO

Eggs ordered over med : yellow broken and cooked through. Hash browns were slivered potato chips. Bacon was burnt and the milk was warm. It was not edible. I also had pan cakes that were raw in the middle. My husband had has browns that were perfect. Cold but perfect. I guess mine came out of the bottom of the batch. When I told the young lady who took our money that they should check the milk machine, she told me they keep their milk in the fridge. I told her mine was warm and she said, "Well it's kept in the refrigerator." I paid for a breakfast I could not eat and milk I could not drink. No one seemed to care the milk was off. Because you know, it's kept in the refrigerator.

the last two times we went to Shari's there was a problem, the order took to long to be served, and another time the sandwich was dry and the bacon was in small pieces and burned hard and black. We always used to enjoy Shari's but now we are having second thoughts!!!

Ordered the Honor Seafood Platter W/ green salad and French fries. The green salad was not served till the entrée was served, the French fries were not done at all still raw and oily, with two small pieces of heavily battered fish pieces and five shrimp just barely larger than popcorn shrimp. Not at all worth the $9.99 Ordered the same meal at Pullman WA. last week and was much better service and meal.

I ordered 2 eggs scrambled and 2 pieces of sourdough toast. My wife's omlette order was somewhat cold (biscuits) when she got it.. but mine. well.. the toast was cold.. and hard.. so cold in fact the prebuttered toast butter didn't even melt. The 2 eggs could not have been 2 eggs.. not much bigger than the fork.. see a photo on https://www.instagram.com/p/BDwFbXtvNoD/?taken-by=cmdigitalmedia .....and they were cold. It took more than 15 mins for the waitress to come back around to ask.. and when I asked if it was 2 eggs or 1.. she stated she questioned the cook herself if it was 2 eggs.. so it went through 2 people before I got it.. and still they did not fix it. And cold eggs? Hard cold toast with cold butter? Would you eat it? They offered to take the toast off the bill. I did..because I was hungry, but the last 2 times we have been to Shari's a couple months apart.. have been bad experiences.. based on today's experience, I am not sure if we will be back.

My french toast was Luke warm number one. I could not eat it BECAUSE it tasted nasty!## It was mushy on the inside and it tasted like the grill was dirty or something. I have nnever tasted anything like it. I COULD NOT EAT IT. My husbands order was screwed up and his egg was ordered over easy. It was oozing slime and was so nasty he could not eat it. The bathrooms were filthy and gross. The overall appearance of the restaurant was extremely dirty. Our waitress was very nice and apologized over and over.BUT she had on long sleeves that were filthy and she pulled them over her hands and served the nasty food. That was not very appetizing at all. Our experience once AGAIN WAS NOT GOOD. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING I AM SORRY TO SAY.

Our server told us, they were really swamped just before we walked in and she was still really frazzled (her words). She forgot what I ordered and had to come back and ask me, taking our order even later. We waited 9 minutes before even being seated or acknowledged. The pulled pork was really blain. A quick lunch took over an an hour and half. If there was a manager there they should have come out of hiding and helped. There were 2 waitresses, mag could have seated, poured coffee, rang up bills, something to help move things along.

Hello, This response is directed specifically to rhe Shari's, Lewiston # 207 store. We placed our orders from the breakfast menu and when the order for my wife arrived it was completely incorrect,,, as if the order taker was not paying attention at all... The plate that did arrive contained items, (melons, Potato), she is quite allergic too. When told of the error, the order taker explained she was tired but the french toast would sooon arrive and we could simply eat the items on the plate acceptable to my wife..... After waiting quite a while I went to the counter for the toast , was given the toast and left to ourselves.
