Every time I come in, I'm greeeted (usually) by Bri, Erica, or Nicole and I absolutely love it. They take the time to learn their customers' names and make it personal. I love coming here as much as I can!

Brian was our server. We went in at 4:45pm for Cheryl and I to end our day together with pie and coffee. Brian was busy with his tables but he took a few moments to make Cheryl and I feel like a million bucks. He gave excellent service, he was honest that the pie was frozen and he knew the menu well and suggested other pie close to what she wanted. We enjoyed our time at Shari's and when we return we hope he waits our table again. He is an asset to your business and to your customers.

Destiny is an amazing server! Always polite and cheerful and an overall great attitude as well as attentive and speedy.

Destiny is always very attentive when I come in with my friends. She knows the menu and gives good suggestions. She's always on top of drink refills and is a great server!

Our waitress Destiny was very patient and kind with our questions and waited for us to make a final choice. She went out of her way to find answers and get us whatever we needed. Very good customer service.

Erica is very sweet and knows how to do her job well. We are always treated like VIP when being served by her. I will definitely be back to see Erica again.
