This Shari's has best customer service

We were a group of 12 Women Golfers from the University of Montana, and place was packed and was told would be about 40 minutes but we were seated within 15 minutes and our food was out to us in 20 minutes. All delicious and Hot.

Carissa is a phenomenal server from prompt service to extremely friendly and it is nice to know she is a management member . We Love this Shari's and love Carissa.

I had some special requests with this order, and they took it in stride with cheer, worked to create great ideas for my celebration in their banquet room, and generally added to the great experience of the event. I ordered more than planned because of their great service, and as a direct response to this order, have plans to make group sized orders for more events later in the year! Everyone who partook of the pies were greatly enamored by the selection, quality, and service and the event was cheerful and a great success, thanks to the staff, especially Dave and Korey who gave lots of personal time, attention, and detail.

Excellent attentive service, good food. Only ding is the menu layout is unhelpful and did not include build your own options for either burgers or omelettes.
