The waiter and manager both went above and beyond to make me happy even tho it wasn't their fault. I ordered something that I did not like when it came. This certainly wasn't their problem. The Sharis in Moscow, ID has always been special.

Third time is a charm! Last time we visited we waited for five minutes in the lobby and finally left after no one greeted us (no staff in sight). The time before that we sat at our table without our order being taken and finally left after 10 minutes. This time we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and our server took our drink order when we sat down and our food order shortly after that. Glad to see things change for the better.

Food not hot enough, not enough waitresses apparent on duty.

Overall, satusfied but was seated by waitress station, which was very noisy because dish washer continually was rolling cart over tiles in that area

Okay, honestly, the manager sat us and then dumped us on some poor fellow named Ely who was genuinely the best part of that experience. He was funny, patient, and super helpful, despite the fact that he was called in on a holiday by his manager who just wanted to go home so he could hike tomorrow. Ely was a champ. Give him a raise.

Eggs needed to be replaced. Ordered over easy, came well done. Breakfast panini was served without the bacon.

Food is too expensive and the air conditioningis too cold. Employees should be able to adjust the temperature.
