It seemed to take too long (30 min.) receive our orders, however a large unexpected group came in just before we did. It would have been better if there had been more wait staff to accommodate such unexpected groups.

Highly Satisfied is reserved for the VERY exceptional wait staff, food, or ???? When that occurs there will be that once step above all the other evaluations we have submitted.

One Honored steak dinner was ordered and the other order was a regular sirloin steak and it turned out to be as small OR SMALLER and the cost was more. Proportions have generally been fair previously.

"Highly Satisfied" implies to me next to perfect which would include smiling greeter and waitress, cashier, appropriate greeting, excellent knowledge about the menu, etc. The overall experience was good but not that "perfect". My biggest complaint against this last visit was the "music". It was actually closer to noise for much of the meal time. Pleasant background music is very important to the ambiance of a dining experience for me.

We were the only customers I'm the store. Granted it was 2am but after we got our food, both the waiter and cook left the building to take a smoke break. We had to wait for them to come back into the store to pay. During this time I also ran out of water but because they were smoking I didn't get a refill. Lastly, as we went up to pay the cook asked of there was any lotion and the waiter made a joke about masturbation. While I am a college student and wasn't so offended ( a little annoyed) if that had been another group of people it would have been another story. I don't want to see Shari's lose customers because of behaviors like this

I ordered a salad with my meal it came out several minutes after the meal, wish it came out before the meal.

fish portion is small. Good, but not enough/large enough pieces of fish...plus you have no beer! Why?

Girlfriend and I came in on Tuesday morning for breakfast before heading to the airport. Martha was very busy seating guests and taking orders while the manager was helping at the register AND taking orders to tables. They both made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our glasses were never empty and neither were our stomachs when we left. Great Job!!!
