Was sharing my lunch with 5 flies that flew around my table and landed on the seat across from me.

Well we ordered the Chicken mushroom Alfredo to share, after waiting about 30 minutes for our food, the cooks failed to put flatbread with our pasta! Instead the waitress gave us rolls instead. We definitely noticed. Our pasta also didn't have enough sauce on it, still tasted well but not as good as usual. After complaining about the rolls, they made us flatbread.

When ordering our burgers, we told the server (Brandon) we want sea salt herb fries. He had no idea what we were talking about and just proceeded to serve us plain fries. Also, we waited 10 minutes for refills and he walked passed us 4 times without acknowledging and asking if we wanted refills. In all we would rate the service 3/10. The 3 is for how fast we got our food!

It took forever to order. I would not go back if it wasn't for the fact that the kids like it. And still seems overpriced.

It took awhile to even get our drink order, then it seems as if the servers were debating who was going to take us. Being Native American with my Hispanic Wife and grandson, I know there is some negativaty in this area. I am a native from the SW as well as a former employee of the Bar & Resturant for 20 years, so I know the ropes of working in this business. Next the server kind of just threw our silverware down on the table in front of us and wasn't very please with that. It wasn't until towards the end of our luncheon did the server warm up to us. He should have done that to us at the beginning, it doesn't matter who you serve, you should always be courtesy to customers. No matter where you are at. The Arnie Palmers were not sweet at all and there was no chicken Tenders for my grandson, we had to order grill chicken for him. Surprisely, my wife salmon was tasty and she enjoy the meal. I visit Moscow at least 3X's a year, and decide to give this a try so I could take my family out to eat when we come. So i wasn't impress with this at all. thank you

The Shari's that I was at (and I go there too often) rarely has enough staff on duty, and rarely does all of the food get served hot enough to suit me, and I have a sensitive mouth!

Price in relation to what we got. Slice of pie was rather small.

It takes forever to get the check. Sometimes the check never comes and I have to just go to the counter when I get tired of waiting and want to leave.

staff did not care. only got refills if we flagged someone down and asked, and even then it took a long time. hash-browns were room temperature and undercooked.

Eggs cold, hash browns under cooked, tea was nasty, took too long to get drink, too long to refill drink, too long to get food, waiter helped 4 other tables at least 2 times each without even acknowledging us. Never received check until I finally went to front to ask for it. Pancakes were flavorless and rubbery. Waiter not very friendly at all
