We were greeted and seated quickly. The issue arose when it took more then 5min to be greeted by our waiter, who we observed was visibly under pressure to attend to other guests, and didn't know how to answer menu-related questions for the folks sitting next to us. This was surprising as he had been at this location for some time now, and we have been consistently unimpressed with his overall demenour as a waiter. When we placed our order, we never received a refill on our beverages, it took over an hour to receive our meals, and we received no other attention from our waiter during that time. The food was delivered by the supervisor, but with no apologies for our wait. Our waiter didn't promote any specials with pies, or point make any recommendations during our visit. We felt the need to ask for our ticket, as we were generally concerned that we wouldn't get prompt attention later. Overall, management seems kind and always smiled. The business was busy, but this impression wasn't the first time. Thanks.

Food was cold. Biscuits were hard as rocks. Gravy was like glue. Bacon was overcooked and dry.

A steak that was ordered was fairly overcooked. The appearance of the Nacho Stack I ordered did not look even close to the picture referenced in the menu which made it unappealing. The taste wasn't too bad but not what I anticipated. The server was fairly attentive though and very courteous. As was the gentleman that processed our payment.

The table was dirty, there were sugar grandules and bread crumbs left on the table that you could see and the table top had pieces of food stuck to it when you ran your hand over it you could feel them. I ordered eggs cooked medium and they still had the whites runny. It seemed that the food started out warm but it didn't take it long to be cold.

Our server Garrett never came back to refill our drinks until after we were finished with our meal then prodceeded to ask after giving us our bill if we wanted refills which took 10 minutes after we were done eating to recieve

Ordered Turkey Dinner but got Turkey Sandwich. Didn't have time to wait for whole new order, so tolerated it. Waitress offered roll and veggies since mistake. By the time veggies came, I was done with rest of meal. Offered me 2nd piece of pie (was Free Pie Wednesday), but only gave us 1 each for our entrees, then when we went to pay, got charged for the pie we were supposed to get free for it being Wednesday!!! Also didn't have Banana that I'd wanted.

When we were seated we told the server that is was very cold and everyone was wearing their coats & hats because it was too cold to take them off. The server said the manager has the heat up to 75 but there was a cold draft coming down from the vent the whole time we ate. We had to ask for our silverware & we never did get our salad before our food came out which took a long time & they were not that busy. We have not been to Shari's in Moscow, ID for months & we thought we would give it another try. Well we will NEVER go back to that one again.

The waitress was to busy to provide good service and the restaurant was empty. She said she had Cleaning n stuff to do yell bang or table dance if I needed something. Hash browns were burned as in literally black on them. Tried to get a piece of pie and the waitress couldn’t figure out how to ring it up.

Ordered 2 brkfst standard and 2iced teas ordereded stuffed hashbrwns whenever received. Waitress never came back to check on us or to refill drinks!

I started with the wild Alaskan salmon, and was not at all satisfied with the plate. The salmon was bland, and the vegetables looked like it was store bought frozen and heated in the microwave (the temperature was piping hot compared to the rest of the plate, it was noticeable). I ordered a new dish, the Mushroom Parmesan Chicken Alfredo, which the server was more than happy to help out with. Unfortunately, the only good thing on this plate was the pasta and sauce itself. The pita bread was a bit undercooked on the underside, and the chicken was dry. I asked if the chicken was fresh or frozen, but they were unsure. Rest assured, the service with my waitress was great; I was just not happy with the quality of the dishes.
