This is not the first time I have had problems with this Sharis . The waitress did not return to our table to check on our meal until she brought the to-go pie and check. My food was cold and we waited over 35 minutes to get our food. When the waitress was taking our order she was looking at and talking to the table behind us. I was not sure if she was hearing our order. It was very distracting and I felt like I was interrupting her conversation. I have been to other Sharis in different states and have never had this kind of service or bad quality of food. Something needs to be done.

We sat down and waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. Another 10 minutes to get our drinks and take our food order. Another 20 to get the food, but each of our orders were incorrect. One person asked for hash browns and was given loaded hash browns despite asking for regular. One person was given toast instead of French toast and I ordered a cinnamon roll and didn't get it until an hour after ordering it. My friends never got their waters refilled and I was charged twice for our food. We asked the waitress to fix our orders and she never came back.

One of the menu items that we ordered was oatmeal, which is a standard item on the menu. When the order arrived, the oatmeal was the worst attempt at preparation and presentation that I have ever seen (I took a picture). It was cold, overcooked, poorly presented, and appeared to be scraped out of the bottom of an old pan. I refused the order and the server kindly and professionally took it away from the table and apologized for the issue. She refunded the amount to our bill. The manager came to the table and asked what was wrong, and didn't seem to care as he offered no solution, explanation, or apology.

I asked for crispy hash browns, but Was served potatoes that were dry and overlooked My eggs were overlooked also as was the bacon and the toast. The entire plate was drenched in oil, when my server asked me if everything was ok, I told her it was very greasy, and she brought me extra napkins to soak up the oil. My meal should have been replaced, or my money refunded

I ordered your Prime Rib. It was over cooked. It looked like a gray piece of meat. I ordered it to be medium rare. The waiter came back and said I can get it medium or well done. I said okay I will take it medium. It came to me like medium well. Did not even looked look good. Like the picture in menu. Taste was flavor less

The food tastes awful and the portions were small. Both myself and my partner received plates that were dirty with jam that had been visibly "wiped off" even though neither of us had jam with our meals. The water glasses had floaties in them and there was an insufficient amount of food compared with the menu pictures and descriptions.
