From the minute we walked in the door, we were addressed and welcomed. Seated promptly. It was a very busy full house and this team worked hard. Chrystal was efficient, courteous, and very professional. They kept seating people in her area and she was happy as could be. Thank you so much for making the end of our day fulfilling!

I was suffering from an injury and Brianna our waitress went out or her way to make sure I was comfortable. She was friendly and made sure we got our food on time and our glasses kept full. I highly recommend her as she is great with customer relations. Our food was hot and cooked perfect. The pie was awesome as usual. We eat at Sharis often because of the great service, good food, and convenience of them being open 24 hours a day. Also they are easy to get through as they are right off the freeway exit. We are impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the fast friendly service.

The waitress said she was in training and she did an amazing job I told her at this rate she could be the CEO in 2 years vary friendly good spirits even when it was very busy, we will be returning to eat there again

My waiter was friendly and attentive - got the order right for me and others and never even wrote it down! I was there (9:50p.m.) after a long trip and I was really tired. But his upbeat attitude with other customers and his fellow workers made me smile and made my day! Thanks!

I was seated right away, and it was at a busy time of day. I asked for cottage cheese instead of potatoes because of diabetes and it was no problem. my server Dee, was both friendly and knowledgeable.

This waiter ask if we needed more ice tea to drink and brought us a small pitcher of ice tea to our table. Never had another waitress to be that polite. The other waitress would walk by our table and my friend and I would have our tea glasses on the end of the table they would walk by two or three times before they would notice or ask. Some times we would have to ask for more ice tea. then they would not bring us a tea spoon to stir our sugar. We would have to ask for that to. This waiter was awesome on this day August 14, 2016.

Brittney was my server and she was friendly and knew the menu very well. The food was great and I cant wait to dine at shari's again.

The waitress Brianna noticed my spouses steak was not done as ordered but he ate it anyway as was only a little underdone and we were very hungry. She brought a piece of pie at no charge to make it up to him. It was an extra touch that made our meal extra nice. We are traveling cross country so will remember this stop for future trips.
