The wait staff is very friendly. They all work together as a team to get the food to the customer in a timely manner. I go to the Pendleton Sharis often and each time I am highly satisfied with my experience.

We eat at Shari's frequently, normally either breakfast or lunch. We always like our meal served hot/cool as appropriate and this morning we were totally pleased with our meals. The coffee is always good at Shari's, and served in sufficient amounts for us. The wait staff are always friendly in our opinion and the manager always recognizes us.

We are traveling and since we were staying at a hotel nearby we looked up the menu online. When we were seated I told the lady that we were starving and already knew what we wanted. when I started to give her our order she nicely told me that the Focacia Chicken sandwich was no longer on the menu. She asked me where we had seen such a menu because that item hadn't been on the menu in years.. She was very apologetic and without missing a beat she suggested I try a Panini. I was very impressed by her knowledge of not only the current menu but one so old. I later found out that she was the Manager. She was great! we got our meal very quickly and I wasn't disappointed. Misty exceeded our expectations!!!
