Justin was very helpful and nice. He always had refills ready for us and we never had to try to get his attention to ask questions. He checked on us often and was very friendly.

Justin was our waiter and was very professional and courteous. He completely understood the menu and all items we asked him about. He was attentive but not bothersome after our food arrived.

The food was excellent. Suzanna was a terrific waitress and was very friendly. She even helped us make our food selection. We live in Victoria BC and stopped to eat at this restaurant because we heard the food was good and the pies were amazing. They were right. Best food we ate on our long trip home to Canada. Thanks!

I visit the Pendleton, OR, Shari's at least once per month. I meet with a group that holds a monthly business meeting in the banquet room. We always have the same server, Judy. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the 2 1/2 years I've been visiting the restaurant. The service is ALWAYS excellent, the food ALWAYS tasty, and the timing from order to delivery is ALWAYS quick. We are often a group of 20-25 individuals. We occupy the banquet room from 9am-~5:30pm. We are never rushed or ignored, and everyone, including management, are ALWAYS courteous and helpful. I will visit this Shari's again & again, and always encourage others to do so, as well.
