There were flies. Took to long to be seated. Food took to long.

I believe there is always room for improvement. Our visit was fine. We had no problems, and our server was great.

You have taken away the "meat lovers skillet" and replaced it with this "meat frittata". Not anywhere as good as the skillet was!!!

Server didn't refill my water. I had to ask for a refill

The amount of food was insufficient for the price we paid. The hamburger was good not enough French fries. The price of $11 is to much for a hamburger

Eggs on my wife's eggs Benedict were under cooked. Small shrimp were fishy twisting they could probably use a rinsing before use. All other things were great

The eggs were overcooked, we asked for over easy and the yokes were solid

Small portion size and Luke warm food. Super nice waiter.

I really like most of the people that work at Shari's but when we sit in the lottery room, which is separate from the regular dining room, the servers seem to forget we are there. Out of sight, out of mind. It doesn't matter if we are eating or just playing the machines, they still forget we are there. Tonight when we went it was a lot better, but I think it was because they weren't very busy and our server was very good.

The prices are too high for the quality and portion sizes of the food.
