It was not crowded, but it took a long time to get served. I think the cook may have been alone. The waitress was new and very nice.

The restaurant was medium busy so not sure if our server just had multiple orders that came up close together or if she had too many tables to manage-she was very pleasant and remembered who ordered what,just seemed that after we received our salads it took longer than usual to get the entrees

The menu was a little dirty and sticky

We are traveling which is why we won't be back in 30 days. I had a salad and there was hardly any dressing and there was some rotten lettuce. My hubby got the French Dip and it was very skimpy overall and not very melty.

We are vegetarians. Sharis use to have vegie burgers. I was disappointed to learn that Sharis no longer served garden burgers. They were good. That was one of the reasons we go there. However, the food was good what we ate. I am also disappointed to learn that we could have a grilled cheese sandwich with pie and salad but french fries were not part of that trio. I also got the idea that I could not order side dishes like cooked vegetables and french fries, but the team member some how found a way to allow us to order the food the way we wanted it and I appreciated that. She said that next time we could not order outside the sandwich trio. I think you should allow people to order side dishes like cooked vegetables and potatoes. I would personally like it if you would go back to serving garden burgers again.

It took 1 1/2 hours to eat lunch and our main entree was not hot.

I see no difference between satisfied and highly satisfied.

I paid ten dollars for a salad that didnt even cover the bottom of the plate.
