It was over 5 min to be greeted and seated. floor was somewhat dirty and the waitresses uniform was dirty. It appeared that the prices have gone up on the senior menu and did not get all at this store that we get in The Dalles and Hood River stores.

The team members were great. Our server, Justin, was very nice and attentive. There was a problem with the fish n chips being cold in the middle but the manager sent them back and got us new fish very quickly and was very kind about the whole thing. Food was good and the pie was delicious. I ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly. We are travelling through town and so after being on the road for 10 hours, coming into a friendly environment with quick service and good food was the perfect way to end the night. Thank you!

Not enough servers to meet lunch rush, I guess. But, overall pleased and will be back soon. Thank you

I presented my Shari's card ahead of my cash payment but the girl at the register did not process my card, saying, "Oops"! My 2 young grandsons were already heading out of the restaurant so I did not take the time to see if Management could correct the problem because the girl took my money and cashed me out without using my card.

Things seemed a bit confused for a while.

The cook got our order wrong. Bacon bits onto the stuffed hashbrowns and eggs was supposed to well done and got runny egg instead.

The location in Pendleton, OR needs to be refurbished. The seats are worn and have holes in them. The carpet is worn and dirty. The overall appearance of the facility is tacky.

Excellent lateral service between wait staff!

The only problem I had was that the fish on the Fish & Chips plate was a little greasy (it should have been drained better) I used a napkin to soak it up and it was just fine.

Since when does it cost Over $3.00 an Egg ?
