I am satisfied but took long to be seated and the price of the shakes were outrageous.

Although our waitress was highly entertaining for my birthday dinner, what should have been an hour long evening turned into a 3-hour experience. The waitress also did not appear to know how to fix errors on our tickets regarding an advertised discount. There were 8 people in our party and 6 of us ordered baked potatoes but after waiting a long time for our food, we were told that there was only one left. My mom ordered a cherry pie and got banana cream instead. We ordered 3 different appetizers and they came one at a time with about 15 minutes in between. Some people were served their main dinner while others had to wait.

The service was extremely slow. The waitress was very nice and apologetic. The cook staff was so loud that everything they said or laughed about was heard throughout the restaurant. They could be seen back there just standing around talking and playing. Everyone's food took forever to be prepared. It was disgusting. The volume was so loud they could be heard even to the furthest corners. It was rude and they didn't seem to care who they were offending. My waitress was embarrassed when I mentioned it to her. She said she had mentioned that she was getting complains but it did no good. I wasn't the only one complaining that evening.

I wanted to have your Meat Lovers Skillet". But you do not have that. Instead you have this "Frittata"! Bring BACK the Skillet, PLEASE!!!! It tasted MUCH better.

We had a business meeting - tables were not clean - had to ask for service to take orders - we were referred to as 'guys' even though there were several ladies present - after orders were delivered, no one came to ask if there would be anything else - waited a long time, then we had to ask someone to come to order dessert and deliver checks. Basically, we were ignored, yet we come often to this restaurant for food and meetings.

Service was extremely slow. It took about 5 mins to be greeted and told I would be helped even though multiple employees made eye contact. It took even longer to be seated and to be helped to pay the bill. Servers were not rude, just inattentive

I was the only customer in the restaurant at 5:30 am on a Saturday morning. The cook was outside on a smoke break, and had to go look for a waitress to seat me. Once the order was placed, the cook continued to sweep the kitchen floor instead of starting my order. The food was fine. When I was ready to leave, I had to wave my arms to get the attention of the server as they were vacuuming. It is not a very good atmosphere to eat while listening to someone vacuuming nor see the cook out on a smoke break just before preparing my food - I am a non-smoker. I did not feel like my business was very important to them. The server may have been there all night, but still acted like she was ready to fall asleep.

My sons burger was soggy and inedible and my little boys kids burgers smelled bad and were hard and my food was over fried in parts and under fried in others the tots hurt my teeth and the cheese sticks weren't melted

Ordered breakfast with scrambled eggs. The eggs did not taste good. Had them sent back to cook a little long and they were returned cold and still not edible.

Soup was not delivered until I stopped someone else. Soup was lukewarm.inhad to go to the register to get bill and a piece of pie.
