Restaurant ran out of baked potatoes. Waitress never came back to refill water. Person was eating in the kitchen. Food took over one half hour to be served and only 6 others in the restaurant.

I took an online survey 04/18/2017. 1004-3108-4127-4367. I was given code number 10011 after completion of the survey good for 1 of 4 items. I chose the Mozzarella app. When I went to pay for my meal I gave the cashier the code number. She said she didn't know anything about it. She swiped my Sharis card and nothing came up. She seemed indifferent about this issue and said she was sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it. I went ahead and paid the bill including the $5.69. The cashier gave me a slip showing I had $5.00 sharis dollars , she didn't even offer that. I am sorry I didn't get the cashiers name, but I'm sure you can find out.

Steak over cooked, waitress offered to take it back but was only going to take the steak. I told her to take the whole plate, I want to eat everything hot. Why would you leave veg and potatoes to get cold waiting on the meat.

Ordered cedar plank salmon. The salmon had NO cedar flavor and was cold

I tried to order what I wanted from the menu. They took the order and returned in a few minutes and told me it was not available and I would have to change my order.

Server reported that our order was not started until she asked why it wasn't out after 30 minutes. Prime rib was pan seared & overcooked well done. Rice pilaf was under cooked. Toast was burned. Au jus sauce was very salty. My best guess is that the cook reheated already overdone meat to rush late order. No explanation for why rice was undercooked or why au jus had enough salt to make pickles.

I ordered BMP Quiche. It was lukewarm with very hard bacon crumbled on top with a few mushrooms and cheese on top. You could tell it had been microwaved and then set for a while. The fruit was yucky OLD watermelon and Few orange wedges that looked like someone had sucked on them. The other breakfast was cold biscuits, lukewarm gravy and omelette burned on edges. Waitress was great! But cooks HORRIBLE! We have both had these breakfast before at our local & other Shari's and they sure don't look or taste like that. Even the winter months have good looking and tasting fruit. I didn't eat it just cut it up so no one else would get. The watermelon tasted old. Last year I stopped for breakfast on 5/28/15 and the best breakfast ever! We make at least one trip a year thru this area and always stop for breakfast at Shari's. I will think twice before I stop here again.

Greeting and drinks were prompt, as always, but it was almost fifteen minutes before our order was taken, and it took over 25 minutes to get our burgers, neither of which were warm. The helpings of French fries were small -- unusual for Sharis -- which was fine tonight, because the fries were soggy and cold anyway. We ate the dinner, because we'd been driving all day, we were starving, and we were too tired to start the process over... We're used to the Springfield/Gateway Sharis. Their service is always fast, no matter how busy, and the food is always hot.

Waited way to long to take order,served people coming in after us first.Waitress was friendly.Food served in too small of dishes & could have been much hotter.Waited too long for food after ordering,other people after us received food first. We were there approximately an hour and a half. Way too long. They did give us a free piece of pie, but really! Other people waited forever too. I saw one or two couples get irritated & leave w/out getting waited on.
