Only one clean space at the counter. I took it. All new waitresses running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. I waited 5 minutes to get a menu. Orders were going to the wrong tables. One customer came to the counter to mention that 2 of the 5 breakfasts are still missing. None of the other counter spaces were cleaned while I was there. This used to be my favorite Shari's. Airport way is my new favorite.

We had almost finished eating before we got our milk shakes and when the arrives they where melted and runny The onion rings where greasy. I am local and eat there often but this was the most unpleasant experience I have had at Shari's. Look

my husband and myself and son waited 45 minutes for our breakfast we got our food and it was cold, our son elected to just keep his but we sent ours back waited about another 15 minutes and biscuits and gravy was still cold, and the toast on my plate wasn't even toasted it was just bread with butter on it that wasn't even melted. I believe the cook did this on purpose he had to pick up to butter so he knew he didn't toast it. and the omelet with the b& g was funky but whole meal sucked

I frequent this store every two weeks due to travel. The food is not usually very appetizing. I chose a cinnamon roll today due to that reason. The roll tastes like it was 3 days old or more with a hard rough texture even though it was heated. The service is great but the food is unacceptable!

The food was served somewhat cold. However, the worst part was that no one came to ask us if everything was alright nor ask us if we needed anything else. We were hungry after a long drive. We ate out dinner and it was really good. The servant never came back. We waited a long time for the check which we never got. We had to go to the register to pay. We never had the chance to tried the chardonnay advertised in the menu. Not to mention that the restaurant wasn't too busy and I will never understand why they got us seated on the last table on the very bottom of the restaurant while the front tables were empty. I'm disgusted with your restaurant and rught now I feel awful and having indigestion due to the stress caused at dinner. Today is a special date for me and my partner and it was ruined by your restaurant. I left my phone at the receipt with the cashier. (408)334-6871 Regis.

We ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was lumpy and had no sausage at all. The food was also cold and the bacon was sitting in a huge pile of grease. The grease was in all the rest of the food and because of the amount I was unable to eat most of it. Why waiting for our food we witnessed several other customers send back their food because it was undercooked or cold. We were very unhappy with our meals and the service.

We were the only people in the resturant and it took 30 mins to get our over cooked dry greasy food. The waitress didn't check with us until I asked if our food was almost out. The resturant is filthy and sticky.

Waitress had only our table and didn't check on us, didn't refill our drinks, took off when I told her we knew what we wanted. Onion rings and fries were way under cooked. Didn't get the order right when she was told. Another server took our order

A quick overview; understaffed, disorganized, took 45 minutes to get our food, my bacon was undercooked, all of our food was ice cold, and it tasted horrible. SERIOUSLY overpriced.

We were greeted and seated.. our waitress didn't know of the specials had to keep asking someone else.. she wasn't new. We ordered prime rib med rare... it took close to an hour and a half to get our food. When we finally got our food our med rare prime rib- there should still be some pink on the meat however there was none what so ever our prime rib was well done. Then just to pay for our meal took another hour. Normally my husband and I enjoy going to the pendleton Sharis however on this visit we were truly disappointed.
