Shari's

Started with a waiter and ordered milk, chicken fried steak and a salad. He brought the milk right away then I never saw him again. About 20 minutes later a waitress brought the meal and I asked her to put it on the warmer because I had not gotten the salad yet - she didn't know I ordered a salad. I then ate the salad and she brought back the main meal and asked if there was anything else. I asked if a dinner roll came with it and she said yes, she had forgotten. By the time I got the meal it was cold, like it had not been on a warmer or anything else. So I had warm milk and cold food. Very disappointed. I had a similar experience last time I tried this Shari's, about 2 years ago and decided I would give them another try. Did not work out very well. I work in the area every few weeks and would love to use them but it's just not worth it. The pace was not busy, about 6:30 pm and maybe 6 cars in the lot. I use other Shari's and have never had an issue - just this one.
