I eat at Shari's quite often and I am always satisfied with the service, food and attentiveness. The manager is always friendly and greats the customers with a warm friendly smile. The wait staff is also very friendly and remember what I ordered on my last visit.

The staff was awesome! Our waitress Holly Perez was outstanding! We have not enjoyed that level of customer service in a very long time. In a world where customer service will make or break your business you are very lucky to have someone the caliber of Holly Perez. Thank you for a wonderful night full of laughter and good food!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pancakes are super great, better than other diners. The menu is user friendly and diverse and easy to navigate a great meal for me.

My server Desiree is the absolute best! She's friendly, sweet, attentive, and she always makes sure I'm taken care of when I visit the restaurant.

Barb saw me entering and brought my iced tea to the counter with the menu. There was another waitress who was dressed like a slob. She yelled at the cook saying the order was not correct. Then she started talking out loud that she needs another job. She had a two foot long pony tail and was not properly dressed or groomed. If she waited on me I probably would have left. She also told the chef that there was not enough paprika on the eggs Benedict.

Holly Perez's service was outstanding! I am from out of town and this is hands down the best service I've ever received. Holly was attentive, knowledgeable and genuine. I wish she could be my server everywhere. She needs to be considered for a potential management position.

Our waitress Holly Perez was most attentive and helpful. In the 4 weeks we travelled around Washington and Oregon she was the friendliest waitress of all we encountered in many different restaurants.

I really like the friendliness of the waitresses and the restaurants manager. I really appreciate the fact that the time is usually on time as well.
