server was very pleasant and knowledge,on the menu and ,very helpful ,

I was seated immediately. The waiter took my order right away. The food arrived in the time I expected. The waiter was attentive during my visit.

I have been coming here for years and the service has significantly improved in the evenings in the last 6 months. The staff is very friendly and the manager lady is always very helpful and very energetic shes made a great difference. Logan was our server this evening and he did an exceptional job thank you we will definitely be returning.

Our server, Hilary was outstanding, as always... Remembers our usual drink orders, remembers our food orders without writing them down (how does she DO that???!!), and checks on us even though she is totally slammed with customers. The restaurant was PACKED today. Lucky for the staff and customers that the manager at this Shari's is a total rock star! He does whatever is needed!! Seating, taking money, and today facilitating orders at the kitchen window... He always works really hard. And he's SO upbeat. Nothing seems to fluster him... Good to see today he had another gentleman there (asst mgr?) to help take money and seat customers because he deserves the help!

Two things. First, the waitress. Michelle was wonderful. Friendly with just the right amount of attention. Made us feel welcome and valuable as customers. Second, the food. I had the grilled chicken mushroom alfedo (sp). The grilled chicken had just the right amount of burnt grill marks to give the dish an extra hint of flavor. My wife had the keesh which she orders every time. She loves it.

Hilary and Kanya are very efficient and bring the beverages very fast good job

I enjoyed the frittata I ordered, the coffee tastes consistently good and I thorough ly enjoyed the Oregon hazelnut pie.

Hilary was a great server, the only one there but had a awesome attitude and it seemed as though everyone was happy. Being a server myself, I was amazed at how well she did. I'm coming back!

Staff were all very attentive, helpful, and covering for each other well.

Came in, was promptly seated and asked if I'd like a drink of coffee etc. Waited for the other person I was eating lunch with and drinking my coffee. When the other person came, the waitress came over and got her a tea while we looked at the menu. Waitress came back soon and took our order. The order was served well and came in a timely manner. The waitress was courteous and friendly. When we were done she asked if we'd like dessert, we didn't, and she left the bill. The other guest and I talked together for a while before leaving, but when we got up to leave a person came to the cash register quickly. He too was friendly and efficient. All in all, a very satisfying lunch.
