Always greeted with a smile, seated promptly and our coffee delivered right away.

I WAS "highly satisfied" with several things: nice crispy bacon, availability of sugar-free syrup, and really delicious food... although it wasn't very hot when it arrived. However, I was NOT "highly satisfied" with several other things: I had to wait a couple of minutes to be acknowledged when I entered and I had to wait a couple of minutes at the front desk to pay my bill. It was like I was invisible as your people were walking around and didn't notice me! The other thing was the badly torn seat across from me in my booth. This is a terrible reflection on your respect for your own restaurant! A very bad first impression for those coming to your restaurant for the first time. I've been there many times and still find this type of thing a very negative reflection of how you care about your furniture. This seat has been like this for quite a while... have none of you noticed it? Your customers do!

When I sat down I asked Melissa what she would recommend and she gave me her recommendations that including the Prime Rib with the fully loaded baked potato and for desert she recommended the Oregon Hazelnut Cream pie. It felt great having a waitress that gave me great recommendations and made sure I always had iced tea and and overall great service. Melissa made my dinner experience enjoyable and memorable and I hope that she will be here the next time I come in for a late dinner. Karl

Jadon is a great server, very kind, friendly, and caring for his customers. I am glad to see him as my server for the times I have come in and would like to see him in the future!

I was highly satisfied because everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The service was great, fast, and professional. I recommened others to come here and enjoy the food/ service. Jimmy is always very kind and welcoming with a smile on his face.

Server was very polite and we loved how she prepared our deserts.
