We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. We were served promptly. Other staff members checked on us and made us feel welcome.

I was treated really good. My server was really friendly.

Oscar took excellent care of us. He remembered that I wanted extra butter for my pancakes and sugar-free syrup. He is truly an ambassador for Shari's.

The food was good, the server was informed and nice.

Jadon is the best server. Friendly and knows his stuff. Definitely a great asset to Shari's. My experience improved when he started serving.

We are regulars and come back time and again because of the friendly staff. We would like to comment that the new menu is not as varied as the old one.
