Shari's

The good food and friendly staff made my night a success.

Everyone was professional. Very pleasant and friendly. Checked to make sure food was great and refilled drinks before our glasses were empty.

I get a cozy and familiar feeling when I go to Shari's. I was here for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey dinner with all the fixings was just right. The pumpkin pie for dessert was delicious. This was the second consecutive year we were here for the holiday. I will very likely come back next year. Of course, I'll be back several times before then.

I ordered fish and chips. The order stated the fries were seasoned with sea salt however I wasn't expecting both the fish and fries to be as salty as they were. When asked by the Hostess, I made her aware of this. Immediately thereafter the manager came over and apologized. He then offered to pay for my meal or give me a pie. I declined but agreed to take one slice of pie instead. I was just elated that he followed up. Often when you provide comments to the hostess in some locations, you never hear anything. A big thank you to the manager and hostess. When we were about to depart, the Hostess came by again to apologize. What a great experience and I wish every restaurant visit was like this!! Keep up the great work.

I ordered the breakfast sampler at the Shari's in Kirkland, WA and specified that the meats needed to be crisp (bacon) and well done (Sausage). My waitress (Misti - 232028) commented, when she brought the plate, that the cook had not read her note about "well done" so she had them re-do the meats. She allowed that they were pretty busy and may have missed the comment. The food was great! I thanked her for the effort and her cheerful nature and tipped her well. I told her that I was a cook earlier in my life and that I understand a good cook / waitress connection can make a restaurant great. I also said she should be training new help...if she isn't already.

The restaurant, server, and manager exceeded my expectations.

We really appreciate the restaurant team, know most of them by name & feel like 'home' when we come. Order was perfectly prepared. At a time when a lot of other issues pressing, nice to be taken care of so completely in a very familiar surrounding. Thanks, Shari staff!

Annette is a wonderful, attentive, friendly waitperson. We look forward to having her assist us whenever we come in.

Our server, Kathleen, was very friendly, highly professional, and just plain delightful. The food came quickly and tasted great (Prime Rib = yum yum). We were pleased with our experience and as our budget allows we will be visiting again - especially on Prime Rib night!
