pleasant and professional of staff's attitude !

This is our favorite place for breakfast. Before our show, the road crew and performers love getting breakfast and coffee here. The staff is attentive and nice! It is part of our regular thing!!

Good menu choices, friendly service.

I was greeted immediately, directed to a table right in order and offerred coffee which was delivered promptly. The order taker arrived right away and the food was delivered in good time. The waiter and the other staff were very cordial.

This is the second time we've had Jay as our server. In sports terms, he's definitely punching above his weight class. I would expect his kind of caring, attentive service to be in a fine dining restaurant, not a 24-hour diner. Before the last two times, it had been at least 15 years since we had eaten at Shari's. As long as Jay, or someone like him is our server, we'll keep coming back.

Fast and friendly.

Hilary was handling all incoming customers and was very busy...she was still able to make me feel like the only person in the restaurant. She is a keeper!
