Shari's

Misty was wonderful and she is the reason we come back to see her on Sunday 's. She is a great asset to your company.

Dining with my mom, who is I'm wheelchair, awhen a group of 15 young people [as usual, excited loud etc... not rude] came in waitress [Sarina?] helped us move to a quieter area of restaurant. Gave us an extra bowl of soup, We come to Seattle 4-5 times a year to see mom's neurologist. We chose the hotel due to its closeness to Shari's. It's a good place for real food...

The food was great and the service was amazing. Friendly and clean.

Menu was excellent, waitress Hilary did an excellent job! Food was excellent! It has been about 6 months since we have been in because of a very disappointing experience. Important to let you know. We had enough time for lunch, but during our order the waitress left to talk with the departing couple at the table next to ours. Then she wondered around and wound up casually talking with the other three employee including Oscar who I believe was the manager at that time. The Cafe was almost emply, so we felt that they had more interest in standing around so we told them we were leaving. Since we had not had our order placed I had no survey to respond to. This visit 6 months later was a pleasurable experience.

Our wait staff at Shari's makes it a fun time for us, including the manager, and our food more enjoyable too. Thanks! : )

My breakfast was good and service was friendly.

I had the bone ham platter and coffee and the staff treated me the same as they would a larger table. Having worked in the restaurant business and knowing larger tables can yield bigger tips. I appreciated the attention given to me.

It was extremely busy when I first stopped in. I came in by myself and was seated fairly quickly. The hostess was friendly. My waitress was on top of things and attentive not only to me but other customers in her area. Very friendly and helpful. Patient with me as I decided what I wanted to eat not an easy choice with so many delicious options on the menu. The manager even stopped by to check on how I was doing and recommended some of her favorite pies.

It's so nice to enter a restaurant with friendly greetings and we were greeted in that way. Also to have acquaintance with the servers makes one feel at home. Oscar has served us so many times. He already knew our choice in seating and was alert to our needs, very patient listener to our chitter/chatter. Oscar was also helpful with questions about a past promotion. Good to have a true local neighborhood restaurant!

Service was exceptional and the food was exactly as ordered.
