Both the waitress, Cat, and the manager were very cordial. The food is always excellent.

The staff and food were amazing. The Manager came and greeted me and was very friendly and inviting. It was a great dinning experience.

Safina is extremely friendly and takes care of her customers. I called in my order and Safina recognized me as a repeat customer and greeted me by name and let me know my order would be ready in a bit. Her customer service is great and I will continue to eat at your establishment.

I was seated promptly. The server, Kanya, took my order right away and was knowledgeable about the menu. The food was served quickly, tasted great, and the portions were hearty.

Everyone was very nice. The food was fresh and really good. When I had to make a selection of the location of this Shari's I had to select Lynnwood, Wa . But it really Kirkland, Wa ( It was not on the list)

I take my 92-year old mother to lunch every month. She really likes the cup of soup and half sandwich menu. The staff is always extremely courteous to us and they seat us where it is easy for my Mom to hear and participate in the conversation.
