Great food, great service! I am new to this area, and every time the crew at Totem Lake Shari's has given me exceptional service. The recognition goes to Jay and the graveyard cook. My food was wonderful and made how I like it, and Jay has a genuine personality and cares for his customers. Thank you Totem Lake Shari's...you have a costumer for life!

Entering Sharis for breakfast on a Saturday morning my wife and I were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were greeted and were seated. Our waitress Hilary came immediately, asked about drinks and quickly returned with what we had asked for. VERY friendly and cheery! Upon ordering my wife had a couple of questions about her order and Hilary was able to turn an omlette into a scramble with no problem and suggested a special Mimosa over the regular. Our excellent meal, professional service and overall experience was top notch, especially for a busy Saturday morning! A good tip and thank you went to Hilary. Thanks to the management as well. The entire staff was delightful to be around. We got smiles and greetings the moment we walked in! Our server, Misti, was particularly friendly and welcoming. She had great menu recommendations for us and made sure we were 100% happy during our meal. The food came quickly and was very tasty. This experience was eactly what we wanted for our Sunday brunch. I hope we come in we can sit at one of Misti's tables again!

Pie last night was fantastic. Today's burger couldn't have been put together by a 5 star chef..... Six sigma stars I give it.
